Fees for MSc in Economics IGIDR
The course fee for M.Sc. students is Rs.16,000 per semester. Residential accommodation is available, with a hostel fee of Rs.200 per month and additional charges for water and electricity based on actual usage. Please note that the tuition fee may be subject to revision periodically.

The Basic Mathematics section covers the following topics:

Applicants can choose to appear in either Section IIIA or Section IIIB, based on their preference and background.
IGIDR Entrance Paper Pattern
Total Composite Time Allowed: 180 minutes.
Question Paper Language: English Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The MSc online test comprises three sections:
(a) Comprehension and English (20 questions/20 marks/60 minutes)
(b) Basic Mathematics (covering Limit, Continuity, Differentiation, Integration, Probability, Combinatorics, and Statistics; 35 questions/35 marks/60 minutes)
(c) Either Economics or Advanced Mathematics (at the Bachelor’s Ancillary Level) with 35 questions/35 marks/60 minutes.
IGIDR Entrance Exam Marking Scheme
There is a penalty of (0.25) for each incorrect answer.
