All details mentioned during the call will be shared with you on WhatsApp as well, along with a few demo videos and a trial class link. Yes, we do provide live demo/trial classes to give you a better idea of our teaching process. In case there are no slots available for a live demo class we will share links for recordings of classes that can be viewed instead. During the first call the date and time of the class will be discussed with you and the link for the same will be shared through WhatsApp.

Yes, you can make payment through credit or debit card. To make payment using card please go to our website edusure.in and select the course you would be enrolling for. On the course details page, you have a payment button. Just click the button and you would be taken to the card payment page.
We generally do not have an installment system, all payments to be made in full in advance. You can avail the installment system of your credit card. However, if any candidate has serious financial issue then they can get in touch with the EduSure team and based on individual case basis the team might allow the candidate to pay in installments.
The enrollment process is very simple. Once you are ready to join please contact our team. They will share the link for a registration form that needs to be filled. Once the form is filled you can go ahead and make the payment. After you make the payment please share a screenshot of the same with our team, and they will begin your enrollment.
Once our team has confirmed the receipt of payment, the enrollment process will begin. You will first receive a welcome email that contains details on how to best use all the services provided by EduSure. You will be added to the relevant WhatsApp groups for class links, important notification, and peer discussion. You will receive the student portal login details via email within 48 hours of payment confirmation. In case you do not see any mail in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder as well. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the Spam folder. If you do not receive the login details within 48 hours please contact our team immediately and they will help you.

You would have received your username and password for the portal via email. In case you cannot find the mail then please get in touch our team. Along with the welcome mail you would have received a video that guides you through how to use the portal as well as all the content available on it. You can access the portal from both your Laptop/Computer and your Mobile device. The access is limited to one computer and one mobile phone for each candidate.
Please note: Do not share your access id and password with anyone. The system tracks all IP addresses of all students and if any fraudulent activity is detected it would lead to the expulsion of the candidate from EduSure and all rights to access material would be revoked. Strict legal action would also be taken against the candidate for the breach of trust and goodwill.

We have a ZERO-refund policy. Once you have paid the fee and enrolled for a course no amount will be refunded back to you in case you decide to not pursue the course any further or shift to another course offered by EduSure.
All Live class recordings would be uploaded in the student portal for future reference. Each subject has a detailed study plan provided that contains a summary of each class along with the topic taught, questions covered, homework assigned, and revision before the next class. With the help of the study plan and live class recordings you should be able to cover everything that you missed. In case you need further guidance, you can always bring them up during the doubt sessions.
You can get your doubts cleared at any point during the live classes by raising your hand or sending a chat to the faculty. We also frequently hold live doubt classes only aimed at solving student queries. Students are added to a WhatsApp group where they can post doubts for their peers to help them, and additionally the student portal also contains a forum where doubts can be posted.
Your access to EduSure classes and materials would last until the last Entrance Exam is over. It generally coincides with DSE and JNU who conduct their exam by the end of June. So, your access would last till that time.
For now, all our course material is accessible online through the student portal. However, if we decide to issue hard copy you would be intimated.
Due to the recent Covid situation all our classes would be conducted online until further notice.
Depending on the course you are enrolled in, the duration of classes is 1.5-2 hours per session and two sessions per week. For students that are just about to appear for the entrance exams, we do increase intensity of number of classes as the exams approach.
All courses get access to practice tests throughout the course to keep a track of their progress. Students of Eco Topper and Eco Launcher get access to mock tests beginning from January. These mock tests are a simulation of the actual exam to give you an experience of what to expect.
In all courses, we cover every topic that is required for the entrance exams, including but not limited to Math, Stats, Micro, and Macro. For a detailed list of topics covered under each course please have a look at the individual course details. We also provide guidance for topics like English and reasoning.
In the Eco Foundation course, as the purpose is to build a strong conceptual base, topics are taught from a more basic level. However, in the Eco Topper and Eco Launcher courses we expect students to have a decent amount of 12th Standard knowledge because of time constraints. For students who did not have Math/Economics in their 12th Standard, we provide extensive study material for them to catch up, but it won’t be taught during the live classes.
