Any other degree awarded by a UGC recognized University/Institution that is equivalent to either of the above mentioned degree of the Panjab University. Candidate having re-appear or compartment at the time of first counseling is not eligible for admission in the course even though he/she clears the reappear or compartment by the time of subsequent round in counseling.
