2. Getting Shortlisted:

Based on your performance in CUET-PG, IGIDR will shortlist four times the available seats for interviews. Keep an eye on the IGIDR website for announcements about interview dates and the list of shortlisted candidates.

3. Face-to-Face Interviews at IGIDR:

If you make the shortlist, get ready for interviews tentatively scheduled for June 2024 at the IGIDR campus. Prepare well to showcase your passion for economics.

4. How They Pick Applicants:

IGIDR looks at both your CUET-PG scores and your interview performance. They give 70% weight to CUET-PG and 30% to your double normalized interview score. Expect the final results around the first week of July 2024.

5. Double Normalization:

The double normalization process is a bit complex. It basically ensures fairness by adjusting scores individually for each interviewer and then as a whole panel.

6. Making the Merit List:

• IGIDR first prepares the merit list for open category applicants. Then, they create lists for reserved categories, excluding those already in the open category list. This includes different groups like Gen-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and specific considerations for People with Disabilities (PwD).
