GATE 2024 Economics Application Process

To apply for the GATE 2024 Economics entrance exam, you need to follow a simple and straightforward online application process. Here are the steps involved:

• Online Registration

• Fill Application Form

GATE 2024 Examination Schedule:

Saturday; 3rd February 2024: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (Forenoon Session – FN)

2:30 pm to 5:30 pm (Afternoon Session – AN)

Sunday; 4th February 2024: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (Forenoon Session – FN)

2:30 pm to 5:30 pm (Afternoon Session – AN)

Saturday; 10th February 2024: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (Forenoon Session – FN)

2:30 pm to 5:30 pm (Afternoon Session – AN)

Sunday; 11th February 2024: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (Forenoon Session – FN)

2:30 pm to 5:30 pm (Afternoon Session – AN)

Application Fees:

Ensuring that the GATE 2024 examination is accessible to all, the application fees have been categorized to accommodate different candidates.

Female candidates SC/ST/PwD (per test paper):

Regular Period (24th Aug to 29th Sept 2023): ₹ 900

During the Extended Period (30th Sept to 13th Oct 2023): ₹ 1400

All other candidates including foreign nationals (per test paper):

Regular Period (24th Aug to 29th Sept 2023): ₹ 1800

During the Extended Period (30th Sept to 13th Oct 2023): ₹ 2300

Note: PwD refers to Persons with Benchmark Disability. For candidates opting for two papers, the application fees would be twice the mentioned amount.
